Located a ten minute walk from the centre of Chamonix, this luxury chalet nestles against a dramatic Alpine backdrop with views that span almost 360 degrees. You are within walking distance of two of the beginners’ slopes and an easy five minute drive to the Brevent and Flegère ski lifts. The chalet was built using old wood and blends in well with its surroundings of similarly styled chalets in a residential neighbourhood. There is a large wooden deck with a bubbling hot tub: what better place to soak tired muscles while drinking in the views of the Mont Blanc?

The owners have succeeded in creating a contemporary interior that sits comfortably in this traditionally styled home. The decor in the living area is unashamedly modern, mostly in grey, with touches of red; offset against wood panelled walls. The kitchen is open plan, so this chalet can be used without staff or with just a chef. The four bedrooms are all en suite and have been boldly decorated with bright colours. One of the bedrooms has double bed and a single making it ideal for a couple and a child or as the children’s room.
