The villa is located in a residential area just outside of Vieux Mougins, a sought-after country retreat situated in the hills fifteen minutes above the famous Riviera resort of Cannes. This old “Mas” is set on a quiet country lane away from the busier roads in a terraced garden that is an array of colour in the summer with rose beds, bougainvillea creepers and several olive trees. Great food and great golf beckon! This is a very special place for those seeking charm, even though the surroundings are is not quite as attractive as the property itself.

The interior decorator, who is enormously talented, has used mainly classical furniture with chunky sofas, in tones of olive green and creams, against a backdrop of patina meticulously painted walls and packed bookcases making this a warm and welcoming home that marries tradition in the living areas with contemporary styling in touches. The four spacious bedrooms are decorated with handmade bed linens and soft silk curtains. A lovely house for exploring the sights and even for congresses in Cannes.
