The property is gated and in a part of Porto Rotondo that is highly patrolled due to the renown of its residents.

The villa has generous spaces both inside and outside, making it a perfect property both for groups of friends and for families. Its five comfortable bedrooms are distributed around the house and property, providing privacy for the guests. The house has a beautifully kept garden, a terrace on the rocks overlooking the sea and a private sandy beach. It can be quite windy but several areas have been designed to provide protection from this. The decor takes you back to the 70's and 80's but is very well suited to the location and ambiance of the house.
