Rome Italy

Culture and Cappucino

Centuries have past since Rome was the undisputed Centre of the World but the charm and character of this city will still win the soul of those lucky enough to spend some time here. Rome's character comes from the beauty of its monuments and piazzas, the livelihood of its bars, the friendliness and easy elegance of the people, and the colours that paint the sky and the palazzi at sunset.

Every corner of this city serves as a reminder of the “Dolce Vita” of Fellini which was set here. Grab a "gelato" at Giolitti, indulge in some shopping in Via dei Condotti, enjoy a dinner while admiring one of the many masterpieces of the city's architecture or, if you really want to "do as the Romans do", have a pizza at Baffetto in via del Governo Vecchio and head out to enjoy the colourful nightlife in the hip clubs and bars of Testaccio.

Should you ever tire of monuments, fashion boutiques and Roman drivers, you can step out of the city walls and find out why Romolo and Remo decided to settle in this area of Italy. Spend a day in the wonderful countryside, enjoy some golf, or engage in kite surfing at Fregene beach, all within one hour of the city centre
